超声引导下鞘内药物注射联合微波治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效观察和护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下曲安奈德和利多卡因关节腔内注射联合微波治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效和护理重点。方法将84例入选患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组44例,所有病例均采用曲安奈德和利多卡因关节腔内注射联合微波治疗,治疗组注射时在超声引导下注射。结果治疗组疼痛消失率高于对照组。结论超声引导下曲安奈德和利多卡因关节腔内注射联合微波局部照射配合精心的护理,可明显提高治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects and nursing of triamcinolone and lidocaine intrathecal injection guided by ultrasound combined with microwave in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis. Methods 84 patients with stenosing tenosynovitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n: 40)and control group (n ~ 44). All of the patients received triamcinolone and lidocaine intrathecal injection and microwave treatment. The treatment group was given medicine injection under the guide of ultrasound. Results The pain disappearance rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusions It is a useful therapeutic approach of triamcinolone and lidocaine intrathecal injection guided by ultrasound and microwave for the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis.
