椆树桑寄生总黄酮含量测定方法研究

Studies on the Content of Total Flavonoids from Loranthus delavayi

目的:研究椆树桑寄生总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定椆树桑寄生的总黄酮含量。结果:芦丁在0.0080～0.0560mg.mL-1浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,测得椆树桑寄生的总黄酮含量为21.68%,平均回收率为100.97%,精密度、稳定性、重现性均良好。结论:采用紫外分光光度法测定椆树桑寄生的总黄酮含量,该方法操作简便、快速,结果稳定。

Objective：To study the content of the total flavonoids from Loranthus delavayi. Methods：The content of the total fla vonoids was determined by UV method using rutin as the standard substance. Results：The content of the total flavonoids from Lo- ranthus delavayi was 21. 68%, and the recovery rate was 100. 97%. Conclusion： The UV method could be used to determine the content of the total flavonoids from Loranthus delavayi.
