中药配合耳穴治疗经行感冒42例疗效观察

Chinese medicine plus Auricular Plaster Therapy in Treating the Cold 42 Example Curative Effect Observation

目的:观察中药配合耳穴治疗经行感冒的疗效。方法:以经行感冒患者84例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,其中观察组采用中药配合耳穴治疗,对照组只采用中药治疗,分别治疗1个疗程后,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗后,对照组患者有效率为69.1%,观察组患者有效率为90.5%,经统计学分析,χ2=5.97,P<0.05,两组患者治疗效果存在显著差异,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:采用中药和耳穴相互配合治疗经行感冒能增加疗效,提高有效率。

Objective：To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupuncture for treatment of the cold effect. Methods ： In 2009 March to 2012 March 3 years period in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital outpatient clinic visits by patients with cold 84 cases as the object of study, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group 42 cases, among them, the observation group with Chinese herbal medicine combined with auricular therapy, the con- trol group was only treated by traditional Chinese medicine, respectively after 1 courses of treatment, comparison of curative effects of two treatment methods. Results：After 1 courses of treatment, patients in the control group businesslike for 69.1 %, the patients in the observation group businesslike for 90.5 %, statistical analysis,χ2 = 5.97, P〈0.05, the effect of two groups have significant differences, the observation group was significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion： The use of traditional Chinese medicine and treatment of auricular point matched the cold can increase the therapeutic effect, improve efficiency.
