盐酸伊托必利片治疗功能性消化不良75例临床研究

Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of 149 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia Clinical Study

目的:探讨盐酸伊托必利片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效,并分析其用药不良反应及注意事项,促进临床合理用药。方法:以149例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,分为盐酸伊托必利片治疗组和多潘立酮片对照组,治疗后观察比较两组疗效。结果:4周治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率优于对照组,且不良反应少。结论:盐酸伊托必利片是治疗功能性消化不良的有效、方便、安全的药物。

Objective：To investigate the effect of itopride hydrochloride tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical efficacy, and analysis of the adverse drug reaction and matters needing attention, promote the rational use of drugs. Methods： in our hospital 149 cases of functional dyspepsia patients as subjects, divided into itopride hydrochloride tablet in the treatment group and control group after treatment of Domperidone Tablets, were compared between two groups. Results： 4 weeks after treatment in group therapy for patients with various symptoms and recovery of total efficiency is better than that of control group, fewer adverse reactions. Conclusion ： the effect of itopride hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is effective, convenient, safe drugs.
