丹参决明颗粒治疗老年人血脂异常52例临床观察

Salvia Cassia Granule in The Treatment of Lipid Abnormality in Elderly: Clinical Observation of 103 Cases

目的:观察丹参决明颗粒治疗老年人血脂异常的疗效。方法:以103例老年血脂异常患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者口服丹参决明颗粒,24g/次,2次/天。对照组患者口服血脂康胶囊,0.8g/次,3次/天。结果:两组治疗后中医证候均得到改善,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组效果优于对照组。两组治疗后血清指标比较,治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组为72.6%,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹参决明颗粒具有改善老年人血脂异常的良好作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of Salvia Cassia granule in the treatment of lipid abnormality in elderly curative effect. Methods： 103 cases of senile patients with blood lipid abnormality as the object of study, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group： Patients with oral Salvia Cassia particles, 24g / time, 2/d. Control group： Patients with oral administration of Xuezhikang Capsule, 0.8g / time, 3 /d. Results：the two groups after the treatment of TCM syndrome were improved, were no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）, but the treatment group is better than control group. Treatment of dyslipidemia treatment the total effective rate was 92.3%, 72.6 ~ in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conchlsiorl ： Salvia Cassia particles have improved the good function of senile patients with blood lipid abnormality.
