美常安联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Dictahedral Smectite Powder in Treating Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的:观察美常安联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:选取120例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为三组,即A组(美常安治疗组)、B组(蒙脱石散治疗组)和C组(联合治疗组)各40例,治疗两周后比较临床疗效。结果:①治疗两周后,三组患者较治疗前各项临床症状评分均有所改善,A、B组组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),与C组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;②三组患者总有效率分别为77.5%、80.0%、95.0%,A、B两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),与C组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;③A组恶心2例,头晕1例;C组恶心1例;B组无明显不良反应。结论:美常安联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)效果理想,可有效改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules Smectite Powder combined with Dictahedral in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） clinical efficacy. Methods：in our hospital from 2011 May-2012 year in May 120 cases of diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome patients as the research object, according to the random number table were randomly divided into three groups：group A （Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Entero- coccus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules treatment group）, group B （Dictahedral Smectite Powder treatment group） and group C （combined treatment group） 40 cases each, 2 weeks after treatment the clinical curative effect comparison. Results：①2 weeks after treatment than before treatment, three groups of patients with various clinical symptoms were improved, A, B group, with no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, and C groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.②in three groups of patients with total effective rate were 77.5 %, 80 %, 95 %, A, B between the two groups had no significant difference （P〈0.05）, and C groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance, ③A group, 2 cases in 1 cases of nausea, dizziness nausea in 1 cases; C group; group B without obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules Smectite Powder combined with Dictahedral in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） ideal effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, it is worthy of popularization and application.
