摘要
目的:探讨通滞苏润江胶囊对痛风性关节炎的疗效及治疗机理。方法:选择痛风性关节炎患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组28例,给予通滞苏润江胶囊治疗;对照组24例,给予别嘌醇片治疗。结果:观察组与对照组在疼痛缓解上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者血尿酸值治疗前后均有明显下降(P<0.05),但组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.54%。结论:通滞苏润江胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎疗效确定,其作用机理包括降低患者血尿酸浓度。
Objective：To study the effect of Tongzhisurunjiang capsules to treat gouty arthritis and the mechanism. Methods：Divided 52 patients into study group and controlled group randomly, the study group which has 28 cases added Tongzhisurunjiang capsules and the controlled group which has 24 cases added allopurinol tablets. Results：There is significant difference in pain relief（P〈 0.05）between the two groups. The serum uric values have significantly decreased after threatment（P%0.05）, but there is no significant difference between the two groups. The incidence of the adverse reaction is 11.54 %. Conclusion： Tongzhisurunjiang capsule is effective to treat gouty arthritis, and the mechanism includes the serum uric value reducing.
