摘要
利用烤烟品种红花大金元、K32 6为母本 ,9个烤烟品种和 4个晒晾烟品种为父本组配的 2 2个组合以及亲本分析了 7个常规品质性状在 F1 中的遗传行为 :(1)各性状都有表现超高亲或超低亲的组合 ,不同性状表现杂优的组合比例不同 ,在40 .91% (氮碱比 )至 6 3.6 4% (蛋白质含量 )间 ;(2 )各性状表现杂优方向各异 ,总糖、蛋白质含量、施木克值正负向组合数相近 ,氮碱比、糖碱比以正向优势为主 ,总氮、烟碱以负向优势为主 ;(3)参与杂交的骨干亲本和杂交类型也影响杂种优势的表现 ;(4 )亲子相关分析知各性状 F1 值除氮碱比外与父本、高低亲值 ,中亲值和双亲差值无关 ;(5 )总糖、总氮、烟碱、糖碱比、施木克值杂种优势大小与双亲差值呈负相关。
Twenty-two tobacco F 1 hybrids and their parents were studied for genetic behavior in F 1 hybrids on seven quality characters. (1)There were positive and negative superior crosses in F 1 hybrids on all quality characters, but the proportion of superior crosses was different (40.91%-63.64%)on different characters.(2)The proportion of positive and negative superior crosses was siilar on carbohydrate content, protein content and carbohydrate/protein, but positive proportion was higher on nitrogen/nicotine and carbohydrate/nicotine, lower on nitrogen content and nicotine content. (3)The superior behavior was affected by crossing core parent and cross type.(4)The behavior value of characters in F 1 was not correlated with that of all parents, high value parent, low value parent and mid-parent. (5)The relative heterosis was correlated with different value between parents.
