摘要
对 30个烤烟品种的 7个数量性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。经主成分分析 ,选出 5个农艺性状较好的品种 ,育种时可作为农艺亲本。通过遗传距离测定和聚类分析 ,30个品种可分为 7类。在育种中选配亲本时最好选用不同类群间的品种作为双亲 ,可减少育种工作的盲目性。
The principal component analysis and cluster analysis were made on the basis of 7 characteristics of 30 flue-cured tobacco varieties. 5 varieties with better agronomic traits were selected by using the principal component analysis. These varieties can be used as agroinomic parents in breeding.On the basis of the genetic distance estimation and cluster analysis, 30 varieties can be classified into 7 groups. Selecting varieties from different groups as parents is beneficial to reduce blindness in breeding.
