When I travel, one part of the trip I really look forward to is the airport. By this I don＇t mean the actual flight： Airlines appear to operate under the assumption that though you＇ve bought a service from them, they are in no way obligated to provide that service; anything miracle greater than the close to an on-time departure is a miracle of flight itself.
