摘要
利用CATIA 3D建模软件,建立DL503型装载机工作装置三维模型,通过转化文件格式导入ADAMS环境中,进行工作装置连杆系统的仿真研究。确定模型关键点为参数化设计变量,以铲斗平移性为目标函数,同时建立边界约束函数和性能约束函数。进行模型的优化分析,求解出工作装置连杆机构最优设计方案,得到铲斗平动性的优化曲线,大大降低铲斗摆动角度,改善铲斗平移性指标。
By using CATIA software, 3D model of DLS03 working devices was established. Then in order to simu- late whole working device system, we converted the 3D model document into an acceptable type to import in AD- AMS environment. To optimize the bucked translation, firstly, key points of the model were defined as design vari- ables and bucket translation as objective function. Secondly, boundary constraint functions and performance con- straint functions were established. Finally, by optimization analysis, the optimized scheme and curves for bucket translation were obtained. From the curves, we can see that bucket swing angle has been greatly reduced, and translation performance has been improved.
