摘要 介绍催化剂失活的主要原因。采用热重分析仪对结焦失活P-ZSM-5催化剂进行再生烧炭实验,考察了烧炭温度范围、烧炭温度、O2含量、体积空速及烧炭时间对烧炭过程的影响。结果表明,结焦失活P-ZSM-5催化剂较适宜的再生工艺条件为烧炭温度范围251.2~656.12℃、烧炭温度600℃、O2含量20%、体积空速3 500~10 000 h-1、烧炭时间30 min,并得到了再生烧炭的表观动力学方程及相关的动力学参数。 The major reason of coked catalyst was introduced. The regeneration of coked P-ZSM-5 catalyst was studied by the thermogravimetric analyzer.The effects of coke burning temperature, O2 concentration, gas hour space velocity and coke burning time on the coke-burning process were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions for coke burning of the coked catalyst are as follows: the range of temperature is 251.2-656.12 C, the temperature is 600 C, 02 volume fraction is 20%, gas hour space velocity is 3 500~ 10 000 h-1 and coke burning time is 30 rain.And coke burning kinetic equation and relate kinetic parameters in catalyst regeneration have been obtained.
