摘要 验以亚麻油、桐油、达玛树脂等纯天然提取物为原料在130℃左右进行预聚,改变原料的加入量得到不同的预聚体,复配制备木蜡油。通过对产品的硬度,表干时间,外观色泽等性能进行研究分析,从而得出最佳的木蜡油合成配方。在该配方制备出来的木蜡油具体的性能参数为:涂-4黏度杯值为23.3 s;表干时间为2 h;铅笔硬度达到HB级别;外观呈现淡黄色、亚光。 The wax oil was prepared from linseed oil, tung oil~ damar resin and other natural extracts by prepolymerization at 130C and compounding. Properties of the product were researched and analyzed, such as hardness, surface drying time, appearance and color. Then the optimal synthetic formula of the wax oil was determined. Specific performance parameters of the wax oil prepared by the formula are as follows: the value of Tu-4 viscosity cup is 23.3 s; the surface drying time is 2 h; the pencil hardness reaches HB level; the appearance of the wax oil is light yellow and matt.
