塔池底分隔工艺运行应用

摘要 敞开式循环水系统冷却塔塔底集水池历史上习惯采用1座多间塔共用一个联合式塔底集水池的运行工艺。介绍了辽宁省抚顺市石油二厂循环水场在2008-2012年间实施循环水场技术改造过程中,突破了传统塔底集水池的运行模式,对集水池进行分隔技术改造,并投入运行。实践证明,这种运行工艺在大型集中循环水场的日常运行及水质管理工作中取得了较好的效果,并解决了很多生产中遇到的实际问题。 Traditional process used in water collecting sump at the bottom of cooling tower of open circulating water system is that a multiple partition tower uses a combined water collecting sump together. In this paper, the technical innovation for the circulating water field of Fushun petrochemical company No.2 refinery from 2008 to 2012 was introduced. The innovation broke through the traditional operating mode, adopted a separating process and put it into operation. The results show that the process has good effect on routine operation and water quality control in large scale centralized circulating water field and solved many actual problems in production.
