摘要
氢气压缩机在乙烯联合装置中处于十分重要的关键位置,负责收集乙烯分离系统分离出的氢气,进行压缩,向下游装置聚乙烯装置,聚丙烯装置,提供高压力等级的氢气,运行状况关系着整个联合装置的稳定。而且氢气压缩机运行条件苛刻,维修费用高。以抚顺石化乙烯装置的氢气压缩机的结垢原理,故障分析及处理等方面进行了探究,希望对同类型设备的运行维护提供参考.
Hydrogen gas compressor in ethylene unit is a very important key position, responsible for collecting hydrogen from ethylene separation system and supplying high pressure grade hydrogen for downstream device polyethylene, polyprolJylene plants, and its operating status is related to the stability of the entire unit. And hydrogen compressor running conditions are severe, the repair cost is high. In this paper, fouling principle, fault analysis and repair of hydrogen compressors in the ethylene plant of Fushun petrochemical company were discussed, which can provide some references for operation and maintenance of the same type of equipment.
