重整抽余油加氢脱烯烃、脱苯生产正已烷工艺技术 被引量:5

摘要 介绍在中国石油克拉玛依石化公司以重整装置来的抽余油内(含己烷15%~36%)为原料采用精馏分离,除去轻重组分后,得含正己烷纯度为70%~80%馏分。经过705型催化剂加氢脱烯烃,脱除硫、氮等杂质后,再经过MH-6A催化剂苯加氢,除去苯等不饱和烃,得合格正己烷。该工艺技术具有催化剂活性高,寿命长,无需再生,反应条件温和工艺流程简单,产品升值高等特点,成功解决了低辛烷值的抽余油出路问题。同时生产的正己烷产品质量优良,达到了国外同类产品的水平,直接经济效益显著。 In Karamay petrochemical company, reformate raffinate (hexane content 15%-36%) is used as raw material to produce n-hexane. Firstly, the distillation separation of reformate raffinate is carried out to gain the fraction (n-hexane content 70%-80%),then 705 hydrogenation catalyst is used to remove impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen, and MH-6A benzene hydrogenation catalyst is used to remove saturated hydrocarbons, finally qualified n-hexane is gained. This technology has high catalytic activity, long service life without regeneration, mild reaction conditions, simple process and high product appreciation. At the same time, produced n-hexane has good quality, reaches to the level of the same product at abroad; the direct economic benefit is remarkable.
