摘要
在再生稻分蘖花粉发育过程中,追踪观察了茎秆高节位器官伸长动态。结果表明,倒2节位节间开始显著伸长时正当花粉母细胞减数分裂期。倒1节位节间开始显著伸长时正当小孢子单核靠边期。穗颈节间开始显著伸长时正当二胞花粉期,穗颈节间定长露出剑叶鞘时正当穗下部颖花的花粉成熟期。研究结果为花粉发育进程提供了形态诊断指标。
In the present work,we tracing studied the elongation dynamic state of high joint position organs of ratoon rice during the tiller pollen development process.Results,the inversed second internodes significantly elongated during the pollen mother cell maturation division period;the inversed first internodes significantly elongated during the bicellular pollen period;internodes of panicle stretched out from the leaf sheath during the lower spikelets pollen maturation period.These results provided index to the morphological diagnosis of pollen development process.
