摘要
为了保证弧焊电源能在干扰很严重的环境中工作,分析了逆变焊机电源系统的电磁方面的干扰,在软件和硬件制造过程中采用了相应的办法.通过对电源电路的分析,认为其主要受到输入部分的干扰、高频干扰、旁路参数引起的干扰和功率器件工作引起的超高频干扰等.在硬件设计中主要讨论了检测电路、主要控板电源及隔离和接地等措施;在软件设计中主要讨论了陷阱技术、滤波技术和"WDT"技术等.上述措施能保证点焊机正常工作,并且对周围其他电磁设备的运行干扰可以减少到很小.
In order to guarantee the steadily working of inver welding machine under intensive interference envi-ronment, the chief electromagnetic interferences (EMI) coming from inverter power source of welding machine are analyzed and the relevant measures are taken in hardware and software to restrain EMI. The power source circuit is analyzed and the EMI is thought mainly from such aspects as the input circuits,high frequency noise, common module noise caused by parasitical parameters and super high frequency noise caused by the switching activities of power devices.The inspecting circuit,the power source of main control board and some other measures like insula- tion and earthing are discussed in hardware design.And in software design,such measures as the software trap,dig-ital filter and "WDT",etc. are taken to restrain EMI.The above measures can preferably restrain EMI so that the interferes to other equipments and pollution to the grid can also be controlled in certain standard..
