摘要
往复压缩机是石化行业所需的重要设备,它的安全且可靠地运行有利于企业生产的顺利进行,因此对其实施优化的维修管理十分必要。运用RCM方法,对往复压缩机的关键零部件进行研究,通过找出其中高、中风险故障模式所对应的部件及故障产生的原因,以制定详细的检维修策略,实现维修任务的优化。实践证明:RCM可把有限资源重点集中到高中风险部件的维护上,有效节约维修成本。
Abstract:Reciprocating compressor is the important equipment in petrochemical industry,its safe and reliable operation is benefit for the production of enterprise to run the key parts of smoothly, so the implementation of the optimization maintenance management for it is necessary.The RCM method is used to study reciprocating compressor, by finding out the high and middle risk of failure mode of the key parts as well as the causes of various parts that may lead to fault corresponding, we make the inspection maintenance strategy,to achieve the optimization of the maintenance tasks.Practice shows that RCM could put important on the maintenance of high and middle risk of parts, and save the maintenance cost effectively.
