Creation of Piston Compressor Parts Feature Library Based on Pro/E Family Table Function

Pro/E的族表是基于产品族理论利用参数化表格驱动的零件管理技术。在进行压缩机产品的开发过程中,经常会遇到大量的通用件、相似件、借用件等的重复建模设计,造成人员和时间的大量浪费。如果利用Pro/E中的族表功能,建立零件特征库,在无需重新构造和"关系"的前提下,就可实现模型变更,极大地提高了设计人员的工作效率,缩短了设计周期。

Pro/E family table function is parts management technology based on the theory of product family by the parameter driving form.When developing compressor parts, a large number of general parts, similar parts and borrowed parts are always repeated modeling,which results in wasting a lot of staff and time.If using Pro/E family table function,the feature library is established,model change can be achieved without re-structuring and ＂relationship＂, which greatly improved the design efficiency and shortened the design cycle.
