摘要
[目的]探讨捆绑式（B-Lynch）缝合术在剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力引起大出血的治疗作用以及预防出血的应用价值。[方法]采用回顾性分析方法对本院67例剖宫产术中采用B-Lynch缝合术治疗产后出血的相关病例进行分析。[结果167例病例中有59例产后出血大于1000mL行B-Lynch缝合术无再发生大出血；8例为预防产后出血而行B-Lynch缝合术，术中术后未再发生大出血。[结论]B-Lynch缝合术是治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血的一种有效措施，对预防产后出血也起一定作用。
[Objective] To explore the efficacy of B-Lynch suture for the treatment of massive bleeding due to uterine atony during cesarean section and it value in the prevention of hemorrhage. [Methods] Totally 67 pa- tients with postpartum hemorrhage undergoing B-lynch suture during cesarean section in our hospital were ana- lyzed retrospectively. [Results] Among 67 patients, 59 patients with postpartum hemorrhage more than I000ml underwent B-lynch suture, and no massive bleeding occurred again. Eight patients underwent B-Lynch suture for preventing postpartum hemorrhage, and no massive bleeding occurred during and after operation. [Conclusion] B-Lynch suture is an effective measure in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony during cesarean section. It also plays a role in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
