摘要 [目的]探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及其相关性。[方法]用实时荧光定量PCR技术和免疫印迹技术检测子宫内膜息肉组织中ER、PR、VEGF、IGF-1及HGF的mRNA和蛋白水平。[结果]ER、VEGF的mRNA和蛋白的表达在子宫内膜息肉组织中明显高于正常内膜组织。在息肉组织中未见IGF-1及HGF的过度表达。[结论]ER在局部内膜的过度表达,通过引起雌激素的敏感性增强及推测通过使ER的作用时间延长,导致息肉的形成。VEGF参与了息肉的形成,且可能与ER在息肉的发生中起协同作用。 [Objective] To explore the expression of estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in endometrial polyps (EP) and their correlation. [Methods] Real-time quantitive PCR (QRT-PCR) and immunoblot assay were used to detect the mRNA and protein levels of the expression of ER, PR, VEGF, IGF-1 and HGF in EP tissues. [Results]The mRNA and protein levels of the expression of ER and VEGF in EP tissues were obviously higher than those in the normal endometrial tissues. No overexpression of IGF-1 and HGF in polyp tissue was found. [Conclusion]The overexpression of ER in local endometrium may result in the formation of polyps through increasing the sensitivity of estrogen and prolonging the action time of ER. VEGF involves in the formation of polyps, which may have synergetic effect with ER in the pathogenesis of polyps.
