摘要
在实验室条件下,对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (St(?)l)广西龙州、广东新会、湖北九宫山、湖北监利等4个地理种群的生物型、取食量、飞行能力及对杀虫剂的敏感性进行比较。结果表明,4个地理种群均是生物型Ⅱ的优势种群,其中龙州种群内还含有少量孟加拉型个体,其平均取食量差异不显著;平均飞行速度和最大飞行能力相互接近,但在平均持续飞行能力上,九宫山种群和监利种群明显强于龙州种群和新会种群;对甲胺磷和扑虱灵的天然敏感性种群间无明显差异。
Under laboratory conditions, the biotypes, feeding amounts, flight abilities and sensitivity levels to insecticides of four geographical populations of brown planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens (Stal) collected from Longzhou County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Xinhui County, Guangdong Province, Jiugongshan Mountain and Jianli County, Hubei Province were compared. The results indicated that all the dominant populations of the four geographical BPH populations belonged to Biotype II, but only a few BPH individuals in Longzhou Population belonged to Biotype Bengalese. Among the four populations, there were no significant differences of feeding amounts, mean velocities of flight and maximum flight abilities, while the mean continuous flight abilities of Jiugongshan Mountain and Jianli Populations were much more higher than those of Longzhou and Xinhui Populations. There were no significant variations of the sensitivities among the four geographical populations to methamidophos and buprofezin.
