摘要 危险化学品储罐发生事故时,减灾控制措施的实施顺序受控制措施实施难易程度和对事故的控制程度的制约。基于矩阵的减灾控制措施实施优先度判定方法,可根据事故现场实时状况,确定各控制措施实施的顺序,减少事故救援的盲目性。以中国石油某石化公司LPG储罐泄漏事故的应急控制措施实施过程为例,利用该方法系统分析事故控制的措施和各控制措施实施的顺序,有效控制泄漏事故,验证了减灾技术方法的可行性。 The implemented order of control technologies reducing damage would be restricted by the complexity level of technologies and the effect of controlling accidents. Based on matrix method, the priority decision method for implemented order of control technologies reducing damage, decided the implementation order of various control technologies according to the real - time situation of accident scene. In this paper, the emergency control process for LPG tank leakage of one Petrochemical Company of CNPC was taken as an example, and according to analyzing the accident control technology and their implemented order by this method, the accident was controlled effectively.
