摘要
通过对凌乱、分散的食品微生物学知识进行归纳总结,形成相互联系的知识单元。根据每一单元的知识特点和性质,结合现有授课教师的研究方向和研究背景,安排不同的教师讲解不同的知识单元。最终形成一种知识体系的单元化和讲授教师的多元化有机结合的食品微生物学高效教学模式。
The messy and scattered food microbiology knowledge was summed up to form an interrelated knowledge unit. Different teachers was arranged to teach different knowledge unit, according to characteristics and properties of each knowledge unit and research direction and background of existing teachers. At last, an efficient teaching pattern of knowledge uni and diversified teaching was formed.
