The measuring and analysis of pollution in aviation hydraulic fluid are important ways to diagnose a breakdown of aviation hydraulic system,which have positive effects in ensure the safety of aviation.The source and harm of the main pollution in aviation hydraulic fluid were analyzed.The evaluation standard,measuring methods and characteristic of pollution level in aviation hydraulic fluids were introduced.Finally,the conclusion that the automatic particle counting method was the best in the evaluation methods of pollution level in aviation hydraulic fluids was gained.
