江西赣州西南地区蜘蛛多样性的研究

An Analysis on the Diversity of Spiders in Southwest of Ganzhou District in Jiangxi Province

赣州地处江西省南部,位于东经113°54'～116°38',北纬24°29'～27°09',东邻福建,南接广东,西连湖南,所辖十五县。对赣州西南地区的赣州市及市郊(A)、赣州通天岩景区(B)、赣州南康县阳埠(C)、崇义县阳岭国家森林公园(D)、上犹县陡水水库(E)和全南县九连山国家级自然保护区(F)蜘蛛资源及区系分布进行调查,共采得蜘蛛标本1 072份,经分类鉴定得知:它们分别隶属22科99属167种,其中江西新记录种有10种,未确定种有4种。蜘蛛多样性的研究表明:丰富度指数dma大小依次为:E>B>A>F>D>C;优势度指数H'大小依次为:B>D>C>E>A>F;多样性指数R大小依次为:F>C>D>E>A>B;均匀度指数J大小依次为:E>F>C>B>D>A;蜘蛛群落间的聚类分析表明:赣州通天岩景区和阳岭国家森林公园蜘蛛群落相似性最大,群落间更连续,蜘蛛种类交流频繁,其他蜘蛛群落关系连续性程度依次是赣州南康阳埠(C)、上犹陡水水库(E)、九连山自然保护区(F)和赣州市及市郊(A),蜘蛛种类交流程度也逐次减少。

In the south of Jiangxi Province,Ganzhou is located at longitude 113°54′ to 116°38′,latitude 24°29′ to 27°09′,bordering on Fujian in the east,Guangdong in the south and Hunan in the west with 15 counties under its jurisdiction.The survy on spider resources and fauna in Ganzhou City and Suburbs（A）,Babel Rock Scenic Area in Ganzhou（B）,Yangpu Town in Nankang County（C）,Yangling National Forest Park in Chongyi County（D）,Doushui reservoir in Shangyou County（E） and Jiulianshan National Nature Reserve in Quannan County（F）,which are located at the southwest region of Ganzhou,obtained 1 072 spider specimens.By the classification and identification,they belong to 22 families,99 generas and 167 species,of which 10 species are newly recorded in Jiangxi and 4 species are undetermined.Secondly,the diversity study has shown that：the sizes of the richness index D are in the order：EBAFDC,those of dominance index H ′are in the order：BDCEAF;diversity index R ′：FCDEAB;the sizes of the evenness index J：EFCBDA.Finally,the cluster analysis among the spider communities showed that：the spider communities in Babel Rock Scenic Area in Ganzhou（B） and Yangling National Forest Park in Chongyi County（D） have greater similarity and were more continuous between the communities,with frequent exchanges among the spider species,the continuity degrees among the other spider communities are in the order Yangpu Town in Nankang County（C）,Doushui reservoir in Shangyou County（E）,Jiulianshan National Nature Reserve in Quannan County（F）,and Ganzhou City and Suburbs（A）,the degrees of exchange among the species reduce successively in the same order.
