摘要
用残留法测定拉美斑潜蝇和美洲斑潜蝇成虫对齐墩螨素、三唑磷和高效氯氰菊酯三种药剂的敏感性。结果表明,拉美斑潜蝇成虫对齐墩螨素、三唑磷、高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性差异不显著。24h LC_(50)分别为52.09、16.71和64.94μg/ml;48h LC_(50)分别为2.9、6.75和6.58μg/ml,72h LC_(50分别是1.06、3.67和1.68μg/ml。而美洲斑潜蝇对三种药剂的敏感性差异很大,72hLC_(50)值分别是0.19、4.92和1.56×10_(-3)μg/ml。拉美斑潜蝇和美洲斑潜蝇种群中个体对三种药剂的敏感性分布均匀度呈以下规律:高效氯氰菊酯<齐墩螨素<三唑磷。拉美斑潜蝇对三唑磷的LC_(50)与美洲斑潜蝇相差不大,对齐墩螨素及高效氯氰菊酯的LC_(50)大约是美洲斑潜蝇的5.6倍和1077倍。
Susceptibility of the adults of L. huidobrensis and L. sativae to avermectin, triazophos and alphacypennethrin was determined by residue bioassay. Susceptibility to these pesticides didn' t vary significantly in the population of L. huidobrensis. Median lethal concetrations of avermectin, triazophos and alphacypennethrin in 24h are 52.09, 16.71 and 64.94μg/ml , in 48h 2.90, 6.75 and 6. 58μg/ml, and in 72h 1. 06, 3. 67 and 1. 68μg/ml, respectively. While susceptibility to these pesticides varied significantly in the population of L. sativae, median lethal concentrations of avermectin, triazophos and alphacypennethrin in 72h are 0.19, 4.92 and 1.56 μ 10-3μg/ml, respectively. The rule, alphacypennethrin < avermectin < triazophos, existed in the distributive rates of individual susceptibility to these pesticides in both species L. huidobrensis and L. sativae. L, huidobrensis showed a response to triazophos similar to that of L. sativae, their LC50 to avermectin and alphacypennethrin were 5.6 and 1077 times than those of L. sativae.
