摘要
目的观察神经生长因子(NGF)对骨折愈合的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为单纯骨折组40只,治疗组40只,分别于2、4周行骨折标本骨痂最大直径测量及骨痂组织HE染色观察。结果对照组骨痂断面最大直径明显小于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HE染色观察治疗组骨小梁成熟良好,大量编织骨形成。结论神经生长因子对骨折愈合有促进作用。
Objective To observe the influence of nerve growth factor (NGF) in promoting fracture healing. Methods The SD rats were stochastically divided into simple fracture group ( n = 40) and the treatment group ( n = 40). Measured maximum diameter of the callus of bone fracture and observed the callus organization with the HE dyeing at 2 and 4 week. Results Most large diameter of callus cross section in the simple fracture group was smaller obviously than the treatment group. There was significantly difference (P 〈 0.05), and bone young Liang matured well by HE dyeing observation in the treatment group, fibrous bones were formed massively. Conclusion The nerve growth factor has the important promoter action to the bone fracture cicatrization.
