2011年我院病区麻醉药品应用情况分析

Application analysis of narcotic drug in our hospital of 2011

目的分析2011年该院病区麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过计算机管理系统检索2011年该院病区麻醉药品的临床使用数据,以药物利用指数(DUI)为指标分析其临床使用情况。结果 2011年我院病区麻醉药品处方共计8361张,其中以手术止痛药芬太尼最多(34.98%),瑞芬太尼次之(28.99%);芬太尼注射液(0.1mg)DUI>1,其他品种DUI≤1。结论该院病区麻醉药品使用基本合理,在癌症患者应用麻醉药品方面总体符合WHO癌症疼痛三阶梯治疗的基本原则。

Objective To analyse the situation of application of natrcotic drugs in our hospital,to provide references for rational use of narcotics.Methods Retrieved the clinical application data of narcotic drug in our hospital of 2011 by computer management system,using drug utilization index（DUI） as the index,analyzed the situation of application.Results In 2011,there were 8361 pieces of narcotic drug prescription,the surgery painkiller fentanyl were most,remifentanil took the second place;The DUI of fentanyl 1,while other type of narcotic drug DUI≤1.Conclusion Utilization of narcotic drugs of our hospital is rational in general,generally conforms to the basic principles of three step treatment of cancer pain from WHO in application of anesthesia drug in cancer patient.
