摘要
目的探讨腹部手术切口裂开的原因及护理对策。方法我院普外科行剖腹手术患者5000例,发生术后切口裂开患者140例,探讨其影响因素及护理对策。结果经积极护理,均治愈出院。诱发切口裂开的危险因素主要是高龄、合并糖尿病、营养不良、切口感染、术后激素应用过多,而与患者的性别、手术类型、原发病类型及切口位置等因素无关。结论护理人员需不断转变自己的观念,提高自己的整体素质,以更好地为患者服务。
Objective To discuss the causing analysis and nursing countermeasure for dehiscence of abdominal operation incision in general surgery.Methods 5000 cases patients with abdominal operation in general surgery of our hospital,140 cases of postoperative incision dehiscence,explored the influencing factors and nursing countermeasure.Results All patients were cured and discharged with aggressive treatment.The main risk factors were,elderly,complicated with diabetes,incision infection,and postoperative hormone application too much,type of operation,type of pramary diseasand location factors unrelated to the etiology.Conclusion Nursing staffs should change their original ideas,improve the overall quality of theirself.
