2种不同医疗器械清洗方法效果观察

The effect observation of 2 cleaning methods of medical instrument

目的观察2种不同医疗器械清洗方法的清洁效果。方法将370件手术器械根据器械的种类随机分为观察组和对照组各185件。2组手术器械均进行流水冲洗预处理,观察组先采用1:270的多酶清洗剂浸泡5～10min,再用自动清洗消毒器进行清洗、消毒;对照组直接用自动清洗机进行清洗。监测2组清洗效果。结果观察组器械表面、关节轴和齿槽的污渍清洗效果阳性率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先用多酶清洗剂浸泡后再进行器械清洗的效果较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of 2 cleaning methods of medical instrument.Methods According to the equipment types,370 pieces of surgical instruments were divided into observation group and control group,each of 185 pieces.Both groups received running water pretreatment,after soaked of multienzyme abluent for 5 ～ 10min,observation group received cleaning and disinfection by automatic cleaning sterilizer;Control group received cleaning by automatic cleaning machine directly.Monitored cleaning effect of two groups.Results The positive cleaning rate of surface,joint axle and alveolus of observation group were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The cleaning effect of medical instrument is better after soaked by multienzyme abluent.
