摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在社区卫生服务机构管理中的效果。方法检查实施绩效考核前后8个社区卫生服务站点的工作人员不良行为发生情况、医疗护理缺陷情况、病陪人满意度及公共卫生服务质量,对比实施前后上述情况的差异。结果绩效考核实施后工作人员不良行为发生情况、医疗护理缺陷情况、病陪人满意度及公共卫生服务质量等均明显优于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该社区自实施绩效考核一年多来,各项工作质量都较前有明显提高与改善,故绩效考核管理值得在社区卫生服务机构推广和实行。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of performance appraisal in the community health services management.Methods Checking the staff bad behavior happens,medical care defects,disease to accompany people satisfaction and the quality of public health services of the eight community health service stations after the implementation of the performance appraisal.Results The level of bad behavio,defects of medical care,satisfaction and the quality of public health services of after the implementation of group was better than that of prior to the implementation of group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The quality of the work have improved after the implementation of the performance appraisal.It is worth to implement the performance appraisal system.
