川陕革命根据地思想政治工作体系初探

On the System of Ideological and Political Work in the Chuan-Shan Revolutionary Base

思想政治工作是经济工作及一切工作的生命线。川陕革命根据地能够在短短两年时间里立足川陕边区并不断发展,有赖于根据地立体完整的思想政治工作体系。川陕革命根据地思想政治工作体系以苏区和白区为工作场域,整合方针纲要、政策法规、指令口号等制度资源,着力于红色士兵、白兵、农民、妇女、干部等重点群体,依赖于石刻、歌谣、戏剧等特有的艺术形式,赋予贫苦大众政治、经济、文化、社会权利,完成了对工农群众的教育、发动和动员,为我国现阶段的思想政治工作提供了有益的借鉴。

The ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work including economical one. The foundation and develop- ment of the Chuan -Shan Revolutionary Base in the short time of two years depended mainly on the effective system of ideological and pofitical work. The system aimed at the Soviet and the White areas, integrated the principles, the policies and the other regu- lations, focused on such people as red army soldiers, white soldiers, peasants, women and cadres. Through the special art forms of carvings, songs and drama, these works had given the poor the political, economical, cultural and social rights and achieved the goal to educate and organize people. Besides, the system is significant aspiration for the present ideological and political work.
