摘要
成人教育是再教育,是终身教育的一种形式和一个过程。探索成人教育绩效管理,应把握成人生活特点,以目标管理为导向,过程管理作督促;应提升成人学习效率,以情感管理为激励,制度管理作改进;同时,为满足成人学习需要,还应构建宏观管理与微观管理的反馈机制。
The continuing education is a form and procedure of re- education and lifelong education. The performance manage- ment of the continuing education is concerned of the features of adult life, so the goal management is its direction and the process management is its supervision. The feeling education and the improvement of system management can achieve the learning effi- ciency. The feedback system of macroscopic and microcosmic management must be constructed.
