摘要
分析了API 44版(管线钢管规范)标准关于螺旋埋弧焊焊缝接头硬度检验特点,探讨了维氏硬度在焊接接头检测的意义,分析常见焊缝硬度数值分布特点和验收标准现状;针对目前管线钢常规检验中的硬度频测的特点,提出了简化热影响测量点数的建议。
Analysis is carried out about the test characteristics of SSAW joint hardness in the API 44 version standard ＂Regulations of Steel Pipeline＂. Based on the discussion about the significance of Vickers hardness in the test of welding joint, the distribution characteristics and the acceptance standard status of common welding hardness values are analyzed. In view of the characteristics of hardness frequency measurement in the conventional test of pipeline steel, it is suggested to simplify the number of measuring points about the heat influence.
