浅谈采油一厂林缘区安全管理现状及对策

On the Status and Countermeasures of Safety Management in Forest Edge Area of the First Oil Production Factory

从安全环保监督的视角,阐述了长庆油田公司采油一厂林缘区的安全生产管理现状,对比、分析、总结了从事林缘区开发的同行业及其他行业的先进管理经验,提出了现阶段采油一厂林缘区开发建设学习、创新的方向和思路。

The status of safety production management in forest edge area of the First Oil Production Factory is explained from the perspective of safety and environment protection supervision. Meanwhile, advanced management experiences of the same industry and other industries being engaged in the development of forest edge area are contrasted, analyzed and summarized. Finally, orientation and mentality are presented of creation and learning at present stage in the development construction of forest edge area in the First Oil Production Factory.
