摘要
当前,正值四川全面进行小康建设和农业现代化发展的关键时期,积极总结并探索四川都市农业的发展总体思路显得尤为重要。文章在对"都市农业"进行概念界定、特征分析的基础上,结合四川农业发展的实际,提出:坚持"基地化、园区化、规模化"的现代都市农业发展要求,充分保障农产品有效供给;坚持"产业化、品牌化、市场化"的现代都市农业发展路径,全面提升农业综合效益;坚持"生态型、健康型、休闲型"的现代都市农业发展形态,大力发展休闲农业;坚持"多渠道、多形式、多种类"的现代都市农业发展模式,创新体制机制。
At the critical time of farming modernization,it is quite important to summarize and explore the overall strategies for urban farming development of Siehuan. This paper defines urban farming, analyzes its characteristics and suggests the requirements for its further development in accordance with the situation in Siehuan, that is, to develop modern agriculture in garden-style bases on a large scale in order to endure agricultural supply;to stick to the principle of being industrialized, brand-oriented and market-oriented in order to increase comprehensive profits ; to develop ecological, healthy and leisure farming ; to advance multi-channel, multi-form and multi-variety in order to promote innovation.
