摘要
通过对畜产品实验课程进行教学研究和改革,文章从优化课程教学大纲和教学内容,增加设计性与综合性实验比例,强化对实验过程的监管,改革实验教学管理,拓宽实践教学途径五个方面,阐述了"畜产品加工学"实验教学改革方法。
Based on an analysis of the practical training in the course Livestock Products Processing, this article elaborates its teaching reform from the following five aspects:optimizing the course guidelines and teaching contents, increasing the proportion of design and comprehensive experiments, strengthening the supervision of the experiments, reforming teaching management, and broadening the ways of teaching practice.
