高职院校职业实践型社团建设的思考——以广州工程技术职业学院学生餐饮服务公司为例

Thought on Vocation-and-Practice-Oriented Associations in Vocational Colleges——Taking the Student Catering Service Company of Guangzhou Polytechnic

职业实践型社团是大学生社团的一个重要组成部分,是学生基于共同的兴趣、爱好、志向等因素自发组织的具有很强职业导向性的学生社团,对提高学生实践能力、稳定学生专业思想、提升学生职业素养都能起到重要作用。但作为一股新兴力量,其在发展过程中也存在管理不规范、指导不深入等系列问题。文章以广州工程技术职业学院"学生餐饮服务公司"为例,对职业实践型社团的建设和发展进行讨论。

Professional practice-oriented associations, as an important constituent of the student societies on campus, are organized based on shared interests and ambitions. It plays a significant role in practical training, professional development and their overall competence. However, as a new force of development, they have problems in terms of management and guidance. This paper, taking the Students＇ Catering Service Company of Guangzhou Polytechnic as an example,explores the establishment and development of vocation-oriented societies at colleges.
