沃尔玛把企业文化放在首位,倡导人性化管理,奉行"公仆式领导",给予员工参与感和归宿感,真正实现了"人才低消费,企业高效益"。文章从沃尔玛人才管理理念出发,着重阐述了沃尔玛人才管理六大特色,对国内零售业提升管理水平具有重要的借鉴意义。
Wal-Mart, puts priority on its culture and implements humanity-oriented management. It public-servant-style leadership promotes a sense of participation and belonging among its staff and fulfills its ideal of "low cost in human resources and higher efficiency in management". This paper analyzes the six characteristics of human resource management at Wal-Mart to provide reference for the improvement of management in the retailing businesses of China.
