用色氨酸磷酸琼脂培养基 ,采用厌氧培养的方法 ,对从泰安、菏泽、聊城等地送检的疑似鸡溃疡性肠炎的病死鸡 ,进行了鹑梭状芽胞杆菌的分离 ,并对该菌的培养特性、生化特性、对药物的敏感性。

Cultivated with tryptophen-phosphate agar medium in anaevobic culture,a. Clostridum colinum were isolated from dead chicken in farms in Taian,Heze and Liao cheng which suspected to be ulcerative enteritis.The characterization of culture,morphology,biochemistry,pathogenicity and drug sensitivity were also detected.
