摘要
应用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (APAGE)对披碱草属的 12个物种进行了醇溶蛋白电泳分析 ,结果表明 :①披碱草属 (ElymusL .)植物具有明显的醇溶蛋白多态性 ,六倍体物种的醇溶蛋白带纹明显多于四倍体的物种 ,并且基本包含了四倍体物种所具有的带纹 ;②物种间的醇溶蛋白图谱差异能够反映一定的系统关系 ,但也存在与形态学资料不一致的地方 ;③E .excelsus、E .submuticus和E .virginicus含有丰富的醇溶蛋白亚基 ,可以作为麦类作物品质改良的理想种质资源。
The gliadin patterns of Elymyus consisting of twelve species were analyzed by using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (APAGE). The results are as follows: ①There are significant gliadin ploymorphism in plants of Elymus, among which hexaploid has more gliadin patterns than tetraploid, and the gliadin patterns of the latter are contained in the former. ②The difference of gliadin maps between species shows that there exists a certain biosystematic relationship, but some differences from morphology data. ③Being rich in gliadin, E.excelsus, E.submuticus and E.virginicus can become an excellent germplasm source for improving the protein of wheat corps.
