摘要
望亭发电厂#11机组在减负荷过程中高压调门突然关闭,导致汽包水位高而引起主燃料跳闸。通过分析可知,高压调门突然关闭的原因是EH油系统中的污染物堵塞MOOG阀的间隙和孔口,造成阀门动作失灵。提出了汽包炉汽包水位的调节特点和操作注意事项,可减少机组非计划停运次数,提高机组运行的安全、可靠性。
In the load reducing process of unit No.11 of Wangting Power Plant,the high-pressure governing valve closed suddenly,which caused that the water level in steam drum rose and the main fuel protection tripped(MFT) finally.It was determined by analysis that the reason caused the high pressure governing valve to be closed suddenly as following,the gap and the porthole of the MOOG valve were blocked by the pollutant in the EH oil system and the valve was malfunctioned.The governing features of the water level in the steam drum of drum boiler and the matters needing attention in the operation were put forward,which is helpful for avoiding unplanned outage and improving safety and reliability of the unit.
