根据近年来火力发电厂输煤胶带机的应用情况,结合多个电厂胶带机的运行数据和破损情况,对部件选型的匹配性进行了理论分析,就胶带机驱动功率的选择和胶带选型给出了建议,供设计时参考。

According to the application situation of the belt coal conveyer in power plants for the past few years,combining with the operation data of the belt coal conveyers of multiple power plants and the damage of the conveyers,the matching attribute of the component type selection was analyzed theoretically.Some suggestions about the selection of belt type and the driving power of the belt conveyer were given,which provide reference for belt coal conveyer design.
