摘要
针对目前膨胀阀拧紧系统的自动化程度低、拧紧质量不能保证等缺点,设计开发了一套适用于多种膨胀阀的螺纹自动拧紧系统。为了提高扭矩的控制效果,提出一种新型的用于拧紧控制的模糊-扭矩/转角控制算法,通过大量实验得到了较理想的控制参数,实现了对扭矩的有效控制。实验结果表明,该系统的扭矩控制精度达到了1.2%,保证了产品的拧紧质量,极大地改善了膨胀阀装配环节螺纹拧紧工序的质量问题。
Against shortcomings of the current expansion valve tighten device such as low automatic level,and the quality of tighten can not be guaranteed,a automatic thread tighten system tighting different types of expansion valves was designed.In order to improve the torque control effect,one new method used in screwing tight was proposed,and it was called fuzzy-torque/corner control algorithm.Ideal parameters were obtained through plenty of experiments,which achieved effective control of the torque.Verified by experiment,the device effectively improved the final precision,and the whole precision reached 1.2%.Assured the quality of the product,greatly ameliorated the quality problems of the expansion valve assemblage link.
