家蚕C-Jun氨基末端激酶基因不同剪接体的发现和表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 C-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)信号途径在生物体应对内部和外部压力过程中承担重要角色。作者首次在鳞翅目模式昆虫家蚕中发现BmJnk基因存在剪接体。其中1条128bp的外显子可以导致BmJNK蛋白N端的氨基酸序列的差异,产生BmJNKa和BmJNKb 2种氨基酸序列。5龄第3日幼虫多组织表达谱调查结果表明,大造品种的10种组织中都存在剪切体BmJnka和BmJnkb,但2种剪切体在不同组织中的mRNA水平存在差异。家蚕幼虫化蛹变态期间的丝腺退化过程中,BmJNKa和BmJNKb的mRNA转录水平上调,表明BmJNK参与了丝腺消亡过程的调控。37℃高温逆境环境诱导,家蚕BmN细胞中的BmJnka和BmJnkb的mRNA水平上调,表明家蚕BmJnk基因可以通过mRNA水平的表达来应对外界环境压力。
