摘要 通过研究确定了耐水腻子膏所需的各种原料的规格和添加量。同时研究了耐水腻子膏的耐水机理,结果表明其耐水性是由于灰钙体系中含有的Ca(OH)2与空气中的CO2碳化结晶,灰钙中的氧化钙对其耐水性没有贡献,还会起到副作用。另外,推荐一种灰钙纯度的检测方法和根据测试的纯度确定配方的方法。 This paper studies the specifications and feeding quantity of raw materials to make water resistant putty. It also researches the water-resistant mechanism of this kind of putty. The result indicates that water-resistant property comes from the carbonization between the Ca(OH)2 in the ash calcium and CO~ in the air. The calcium oxide in the ash calcium system contributes little to the water resistance and it even has side effect to the putty. In addition, a test method is recommended to test purity of ash calcium and formula design based the test result.
