江苏省射阳县中小学生伤害相关知识调查 被引量:6

Survey on injury related knowledge among primary and middle school students in Sheyang County,Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的掌握江苏省射阳县中小学生伤害认知状况,为开展学生伤害防控健康教育提供科学依据。方法随机分层抽取射阳县高中、初中、小学共6所学校1911名学生,问卷调查学生的伤害认知水平。结果射阳县中小学生伤害相关知识知晓率为69.47%,其中小学生为65.4%,初中生为69.01%,高中生为73.7%,不同学龄段知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.8,P<0.01);男生68.37%,女生70.55%,不同性别知晓率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.08,P>0.05)。不同母亲学历的子女知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.25,P<0.01);不同母亲职业的子女知晓率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.28,P>0.05)。结论射阳县学生伤害防控工作还处于起步阶段,中小学生伤害相关知识知晓水平还有待提高,必须进一步加大学生伤害防控健康教育和健康促进工作力度。 Objective To understand injury cognitive status among primary and middle school students of Shey- ang County, and provide scientific basis for health education activity development of students' injury prevention and con- trol. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select 1911 students from six schools in Sheyang County, including high school, junior and primary schools. A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the cognitive level of injury. Results The total awareness rate of injury among primary and middle school students was 69.47%, primary school students accounting for 65.4%, junior high school students accounting for 69. 01%, high school students account- ing for 73.7%. The difference of awareness rates among age group had statistical significance ( X2 = 10. 8, P 〈 0. 01 ). The awareness rate of boys was 68.37% while 70. 55% in girls. The difference between gender had no statistical signifi- cance ( X2 = 1.08, P 〉 0.05). There was significant difference among students whose mother had different education level ( X2 = 47.25, P 〈 0. 01 ). And there was no difference among students whose mother had different occupation ( X2 = 2. 28, P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The work for students'injury prevention and control is still in initial stage, the knowledge level of primary and middle school students injure needs to be improved. Health education and health promotion for the students' injury prevention and control should be strengthened and targeted.
