论家庭暴力犯罪的刑事规制

Criminal Regulation on Domestic Violence

目前我国刑事立法在解决家庭暴力问题上还存在很大不足,家庭暴力犯罪没有得到有效遏制。只有通过改善我国刑事领域的现有规定,才能达到遏制该罪的目的。

The criminal legislation in our country is insufficient in solving domestic violences which remain to be effectively controlled. Through analyzing the crime and punishment, the substantial and procedural problems of such crimes as well as the legal provisions about this problem in other countries and districts, the author proposes that existing legal provisions be improved in the criminal field to control said crimes.
